This Physical Products Policy governs the purchase, fulfillment, shipping, replacement, handling, and use of physical products sold or distributed by Bone & Briar Holdings and Chaos Cross Stitch Magazine.
By purchasing physical products through our Services, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all physical merchandise, printed materials, limited editions, specialty items, and tangible products offered by Chaos Cross Stitch Magazine and related Services, including but not limited to:
- Printed magazine editions
- Special edition issues
- Collector releases

- Physical companion books
- Promotional merchandise
- Limited-run products
- Seasonal releases
- Exclusive subscriber items

- Bundled physical items
- Printed inserts and companion materials
Product Availability
Many physical products offered by Chaos Cross Stitch Magazine may be:
- Limited edition
- Made in small production quantities
- Seasonal
- Subscriber-exclusive
- Pre-order based
- Produced in rotating collections
Availability is not guaranteed and products may be discontinued, retired, delayed, or modified at any time without notice.
Bone & Briar Holdings reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Refuse orders
- Cancel orders
- Correct pricing errors
- Modify release schedules
- Retire products or editions
Product Appearance Disclaimer

International Shipping

Orders placed with international shipping addresses may be canceled at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is valid, complete, and located within an eligible shipping region.
No Refund Policy
All physical product sales are final.
Bone & Briar Holdings does not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges for physical products except where required by applicable law.
This policy applies regardless of:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental purchases
- Shipping delays outside our control
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Preference changes

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing details, release information, and ordering details before purchase.
Damaged or Destroyed Deliveries
If a physical product arrives severely damaged, destroyed in transit, or materially unusable due to shipping-related damage, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement copy when appropriate.
Replacement requests may require:

- Packaging photographs
- Proof of delivery

- Timely reporting after delivery
Replacement approval is determined solely by Bone & Briar Holdings.
We reserve the right to deny replacement requests involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Repeated abuse

- Damage caused after delivery
- Improper storage or handling by the customer
Replacement products may be subject to inventory availability.
Refunds will not be issued in place of replacements.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Bone & Briar Holdings is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers are encouraged to:

- Contact carriers regarding delivery disputes

Bone & Briar Holdings is not obligated to maintain ongoing availability of any limited release product.
Intellectual Property Restrictions
Purchase of physical products does not transfer ownership of associated intellectual property rights.
Customers may not:
- Reproduce printed materials
- Scan or redistribute printed patterns
- Digitize magazine content for sharing
- Create unauthorized copies
- Republish physical product contents
- Use printed materials for mass commercial production
- Remove branding or copyright notices
All intellectual property protections remain fully applicable to physical products.
Product Safety and Handling
Customers are responsible for the safe storage and handling of physical products.

- Protective wrapping materials
Products should be kept away from small children where appropriate.
Subscription and Recurring Shipments

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bone & Briar Holdings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to physical product purchases, shipping delays, delivery failures, or product usage.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
